Mayor Michelle signs an ordinance banning demonstrations outside private homes between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Passed previously by the City Council by a 9-4 vote, the ordinance was prompted by months of early-morning demonstrations outside Wu’s home protesting her policies regarding measures to combat the coronavirus.
